is a capital campaign to secure a vibrant future for the American Society for Environmental History. As we approach our second half century, Together with ASEH will make the organization more inclusive and will support innovative research.

Because you value ASEH, we are asking you to make this transformative programming possible, by donating time or money to this campaign. Your donation will allow ASEH to:

• Add new conference travel grants

• Add new research fellowships

• Increase child- and dependent care stipends at the annual conference 

• Fully fund ASEH research prizes

You can choose where to direct your Together with ASEH donation. All donations directed to specified campaign goals will be matched one-to-one.

You can also  propose new travel grants or fellowships. Whatever you choose, your donation will support excellent work in environmental history, especially among upcoming scholars and those from underrepresented groups. The generosity of ASEH donors has already provided matching funds to double your donation. If you donate $5,000 or more, ASEH’s Past President Sarah Elkind will make you a wooden bowl.
