Event Description
As part of the international Environmental History Week (EHW), UniEVANGÉLICA through LAHAC presents a 6km interpretive hike along the 'Agnes Wadell Chagas Trail' on February 24, 2026. Connecting Fazenda Betel to the Serra dos Pirineus State Park in Cocalzinho de Goiás, Brazil, this activity engages K-12 students, educators, and the local community. The event features educational stops focused on environmental history and the legacy of Agnes Wadell Chagas, promoting environmental awareness and public engagement within the Cerrado biome.
