ASEH has negotiated the following discounted hotel rates per night:
Student Rate: $169 single/double*
Regular Rate $209 single/double
*Rates do not include the current sales tax of 18.45% and the arena fee.
*The contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until Wednesday, February 18, 2025. Availability and rates cannot be guaranteed
once the room block is sold out or after this date.
* There is a limited number of student-rated hotel rooms. You must be a student to take advantage of this option. ASEH will compare these reservations against the conferenceregistration database to confirm your career stage so pleas be considerate.
