Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of your press, organization, institution, or company.
Exhibit Location, Space, and Traffic
The exhibit area is located in the Hilton Back Bay, located in Back Bay Boston. All coffee breaks will held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic.

Table (6-foot, with skirt and 2 chairs)
$375 first table; additional tables $275 each
Tables are reserved on a first-registered, first-served basis. We have run out of space in the past and space it limited this year. We recommend reserving early, which also helps us with conference planning. To be listed in the conference program, please sign up by January 15, 2023.
The hotel's shipping instructions will be posted here closer to the conference date.

Cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to email@example.com. Requests received by February 1, 2023, to cancel exhibit space will receive a full refund, minus a $100 fee. After February 1, 2023, cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation of rooms must be made through the hotel and are subject to its requirements for notification.
